Truth in Lending Act

The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) of 1968 was created to protect consumers from predatory lenders and to ensure that consumers are provided with comprehensive information about their loan terms before entering into a credit transaction. The Act requires lenders to provide full disclosure of all loan terms and conditions, including the total cost of the loan, in a standardized manner.

As a debt buyer, we are committed to upholding the standards of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). We ensure that all of our loan terms and conditions are disclosed accurately and completely in a manner that is easy to understand.
